Reserve your soups using the form below, or contact the office.
Choose from eight soups by excellent local chefs and restaurants. Pick up pints or quarts of your choice of soup, served chilled to be enjoyed at your leisure (takeout). Pickup at St. Barnabas (110 W. North St. in Cortez, on the corner of North and Elm).
Suggested donation of $10.00 per pint or $20.00 per quart.
Soup Menu:
Carrot Coconut (The Farm Bistro): Carrot, onion, coconut milk, butter (vegetarian)
Creole Fish Stew (Sylvia Clahchischilli): Cod, shrimp, salmon, celery, onion, green peppers, mushrooms, tomato, corn meal, sugar, bacon, chicken stock, bread, herbs & spices
French Onion (Mike Hart): Onion, beef broth, brandy, thyme, Swiss cheese, croutons
Lentil Dahl (Ann Haspels): Lentils, vegetables, herbs & spices (vegetarian/vegan, gluten free)
Pappa al Pomadoro (Mike Hart): Italian bread soup with basil, black pepper, leeks, garlic, extra virgin olive oil and parma grana (vegetarian)
Pork Green Chile (Pete Montano): Green chili, pork, potatoes, garlic, spices
Surprise Soup (Mona Makes): We don’t know what it’ll be, but we know it’ll be delicious!
Tortilla Soup (Rosa Sabido): Chicken, broth, homemade corn tortilla chips, tomatoes, onions, garlic, spices (gluten and dairy free)
